GENERAL TS AND CS FOR KIDS IN MIND ONLINE WELLBEING SHOP

These terms and conditions govern all orders for the donation of goods or services through the Kids in Mind Online Wellbeing shop.

Our Agreement When you place an order online to donate a product or service to Kids in Mind, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order and detailing its contents. Your order constitutes an offer to donate a product or service, which we accept once the checkout process is complete.

Since you are donating a product or service to Kids in Mind, no physical item will be delivered to you, and ownership of the item will revert to Kids in Mind upon completion of the checkout process.

You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that you are at least 18 years old.

Product Descriptions We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products listed on the website are accurate at the time the information is entered into the system. While we aim to provide current images of individual products, stock images may be used for some items.

Product Availability The availability of goods on this website is subject to change, and we may not always be able to inform you at the time of your order whether the goods you wish to donate are still available. If this occurs, a suitable alternative may be selected on your behalf.

Delivery All donated goods and services will be delivered to a warehouse approved by Kids in Mind.

Security By placing your order, you consent to the donation of goods and authorize Kids in Mind to use your personal information for processing the donation. For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to Kids in Mind’s Privacy Policy.

Losses We are not responsible for any business-related losses (such as loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential losses, even if such losses were foreseeable when you started using the website or when the donation contract was formed. However, Kids in Mind does not limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or breach of duty, or for any gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Changes to Services or Terms We reserve the right to modify our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Donation at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of Donation in effect at the time you use the website or place an order, unless any changes are required by law or government authority (in which case they will apply to previously placed orders). Events Beyond Our Control We will not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
